With over 32 years of legal experience, Dawn has practiced extensively in diverse areas of law, including criminal, family, civil, and wills and estates—the same areas overseen by County Judges.
Her background includes serving as a former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney (in the nation's third-largest prosecutor's office), a partner at DiDonato & Burke, LLC, and in-house counsel at Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors and Addison Wolf Real Estate.
A 1992 graduate of Villanova Law School, Dawn is admitted to the bar in New Jersey (1992) and Pennsylvania (1993), as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (1992) and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1995).
Beyond her legal practice, Dawn is deeply committed to serving her community. She has provided legal counsel as Solicitor for the Bucks County Democratic Committee and Comans, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with mental disabilities.
Her commitment to community support extends to her service as an Arbitrator in the Bucks County Mortgage Diversion Program and as a member of the Board of Directors at the Bucks County Housing Development Corp.
Dawn has also volunteered her legal expertise through the Wills for Heroes program at the Register of Wills and Legal Aid at Southeastern of PA. Previously, she served on the Lower Makefield Township Planning Commission, further demonstrating her dedication to civic engagement.
